The hotel was awesome! It was what we needed for this trip! The staff was friendly and courteous and informative when we asked questions. We loved our stay there!

Staff very helpful and professional. Room was immaculate and very attractive. Everything you would hope for.
Breakfast not included and the adjoining restaurant is acceptable but not extraordinary. More flash than substance.
Hotel was most certainly a 4 star with an exceptional staff. I restaurant adjoining was acceptable but forgettable. I would determinately recommend making use of the shuttle and taking in more culture in the city for your meals. Overall an excellent hotel...Read More

Said it had a gift shop and convenience store, it had about 3 items. Very miss leading.

No towels at pool, asked repeatedly.
Nice hotel for downtown San Antonio. Would stay again. Do not park under the trees, unless you want to wash bird droppings from your entire car.
