Room service food was over priced and average quality.
The hotel was nice but the only working ice machine was seven floors above mine. It was difficult to contact the switchboard for information.

We arrived at 4 pm (check in time) but we had to wait for an hour to get our rooms. The staff was not helpful, we had to call everyday to get fresh towels, no shampoo or soaps (you have to call), the lobby has no AC so it was very hot! The rooms are tiny....Read More
