I felt safe and secure, rooms were clean.
I liked to eat bagel with cream cheese in the morning.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Near downtown, but not enough places to eat close by.

The hotel staff was the only good thing, but the manager was a joke, he should be fired.
Dirty, everything rundown, carpet was so bad we had to wear our shoes all the time.

Prompt action on deficiencies.
Restroom had unusual odor that staff was informed about.
We were given a room when we arrived at 10pm that had the right bathroom water fixer missing so we could not take a shower. When moved to another room we informed the staff the restroom smelled like urine. We endured the smell for a whole week.

Close to the Downtown area.
Dirty carpets, unsafe area, dirty bathrooms, hotel needs to updated.
Hotel needs to updated, dirty carpet dirty old bathroom ice machines did not work. The area looks very unsafe, bad looking neighborhood.

Location is close to all things in San Antonio.
From outside came across as"GHETTO".
Not the nicest to look at but the ease of the location is a plus. Why are hotels so expensive?

Staff at front desk was pleasant. I didn't bother them with our concerns since we arrived after 1:30am & there were prob no other rooms available.
Safety Concern: the DEADBOLT on our door was broken off. The door had previously been broken into & had NOT been repaired.
