Overall Rating:
Clean and accessible to where you like to go, like sea world and foods.
The room we stayed is clean but the bathroom I think is still not yet done.Well, the hotel is clean and comfortable to stay.

The people were nice and helpful.The location was in a scary part of town didn't like the surroundings.The hotel itself was ok but the location was not too safe looking and the breakfast area would only hold about 10 people max. The staff was nice and courteous.

It was quite close to Sea World.It smelled awful and felt unsafe.I really didn't like this hotel and would not stay there again. Our room smelled very bad, the cups provided for coffee were dirty, the heater/AC smelled bad when you turned it on, and the toilet seat was half broken. Clean room, fresh continental breakfast, convenient to loop around S.A., good, cold a/c.Can't. I made a great choice for my trip.Perfect locale for my activities. Hotel was clean and seemed to have honest employees.Location we arrived early and was not allowed to check in until time.Office staff could be little considerate to travelers unfamiliar with the area.
