The setting and location was beautiful. The adult pool area was wonderful.
The concierge was never available when we needed her.
Beautiful resort, loved the location and the number of pools and activities. Enjoyed being outside of town with access to hill country towns.

The pool area was great! Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
The person that checked us in did not have enough information and had to ask permission for everything.
It was great overall. The kids loved the 4 pools and water slide area. There is even a pool for adults only. Loved the full service Starbucks in the lobby.

The staff was clearly focused on meeting our needs. The facility is beautiful.
The restaurant seemed to be understaffed. We were not given a dinner menu the first night, and our service was very slow the first morning.

Needs updating, too many fees, save yourself $ park your own car.
This is a beautiful hotel. It's views of the hill country are awesome. We were very disappointed in the rooms. They were quite dingy and the room service menu is a joke.
