The tub was so dirty I didn't take a shower.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and knew the area.
The rooms were small and old.

I was able to get a room.
We ordered 2 queen size beds but got 2 double. Room was musty, beds seemed cheap, breakfast poor, etc.
This was the worst place we stayed in so far. Room was musty, continental breakfast was not cleaned (all over floor, counter) Staff seemed disconnected from patrons.

Shower did not work. After calling front desk no one ever came by to fix it.
This hotel is good for adults. Not very sanitary for children. Area looked very roguish.

It was close to my destination.
I stood in the lobby to check out over thirty minutes. My room was not cleaned up during whole trip.
The website made the hotel look better than it really was. The management was not very professional. The rooms were never cleaned up. Oh well. You live and learn.

It was located near the AFB and was easy to get to and from the base.
The manager was not friendly at all.
The room was clean. The night help was not very friendly. I traveled all night (from 5 pm to 5 am) and just wanted to get to my room for some sleep. We had to hold the buzzer for a good 5 mins before anyone let us in so that we could get to our room.
It was close to lackland air base. 
Management barely spoke English.
