Not one thing.
The hotel smelled, it was dirty and in the wrong location.
The hotel was poor.

Very nice room for the money. Staff was excellant.
Maid service was too early and did not provide do not disturb signs.
We had a very nice stay at the Howard Johnson and would stay there if we were to go to San Antonio again.

The staff was friendly.
The beds were tiny, normally double beds are not that small in other hotels.
The beds were tiny, I have stayed in many room with 2 double beds and they were never that small. Not comfortable and the bathroom was dirty. Won't stay there again.

The beds were separated by doors and plenty of space for the kids to play in.
It was dirty.
When we got in the room one of the beds was not completely made, two pillows didn't have pillow cases. There was a dirty sock under a table. Also there were no towels in the bathroom.

The only thing I liked was the pool and the Jacuzzi.
The hotel service. Not very friendly or helpful.
