It is very old, and smells of mold and mildew. No continental breakfast, no complimentary coffee in lobby. Rooms are advertised as 'family friendly' and yet, the giant sliding doors separating the bathroom from bedroom area are glass. Very embarrassing fo...Read More

Not bad, just that other 4 star hotels are quite a bit nicer, so this is a 4- hotel.

Location and friendly staff.
Could of been a little cleaner.
Nice atmosphere, great location to enjoy the Alamo and the Riverwalk. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Very pretty setting and decor.
Rude staff at check in and dead bugs in the room.
Upon check in the staff was rude and condescending. The room was nice except for the dead bugs all over the place (window, floor, bathroom and BED). Not what I expected of a 4 star hotel. Will not stay there again.
