The location is perfect, across the street from the Alamo and river walk
Weekend staff not friendly at all. House keeping was noisy by 8am
The location was perfect, across the street from the Alamo and River walk and affortable restaurants. Size of the room was good and clean. Weekend Staff was rude, except for the valet parking staff. Weekday Staff was very friendly and professional.

The hotel staff were wonderful & exceeded my expectations with room requests!
Parking was not complimentary but costs $27.

Good free continental breakfast and I liked the room and location.
The valet parking was horrible and expensive at $25/day.
Overall, I had a very good stay there. The shower was rough though, only very hot or very cold. I liked the look of the hotel and the location was nice.

Great location, friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate us.
Charge for parking.
Very charming. Our room was great! We overlooked the Alamo and were right across the street from the RiverWalk. The breakfast was also very good. Allof the staff was extremely friendly. I was pleasantly surprised.
