The price, location for my business, neat, quiet. 
For four people only set of two towels. Clean, quiet, location, and was treated with respect.

It was close to the venue. The toilet didn't work well. It was fine for a place to sleep.

Bed comfortable. Toilet bubbled all night long. Not that clean, bed not on steel frame leaving protruding bars out the side, plug in wall at sink so worn that our phone chargers just fell out, toilet ran all night.

There was a microwave and refrigerator. Everything else. Short and sweet the webpage was a little miss leading. The hotel room smelled and gave me a headache. Not a single thing was likable. Staff and facility were horrible. The place was filthy; the staff was rude; there was a pool - but no water in it; there was no continental breakfast - not even coffee.
