Positive Comment - The manager was helpful and offered us a better room.

Negative Comment - Old, dirty, needs remodled very badly.

Review - Did not meet our needs, it was old, dirty and had a bad smell, I would not recommend it or stay there again.

Review - It was ok, the parking situation was not very good, not enough spaces and the one's they had were too small, someone dinged my new Mercedes.

Positive Comment - The pool and spa and the fact that there were security doors before going into your own room.

Negative Comment - The front staff person was insulting and rude, and the upstairs was very noisy.

Review - Does not have a continental breakfast, microwave, or refrigerator. It was a miserable trip with our three little ones as these were the amenities needed to have a comfortable trip.

Negative Comment - Not enough parking.

Review - Although the hotel had some age, the staff has done an excellent job of keeping the grounds and buildings in great condition. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the San Diego area.

Positive Comment - The shuttle bus. That was a wonderful surprise!

Negative Comment - No hot water. Hotel was sold and heater was not turned up enough to keep up with the demand.

Review - The hotel was clean. We were delighted with the shuttle. It was quick and easy. The driver was get and knowledgeable of the area.

Negative Comment - Rooms were smaller than others we've stayed in for the same or less money.

Review - Just an ok hotel. The rooms were small and outdated but clean which is most important. I can't say I would stay there again unless I did not have other options available.

Negative Comment - Staff was unhelpful and is not actually close to sea world despite the description.

Positive Comment - Clean, neat, convenient location.

Negative Comment - I did not eat at the Dinner House. They specialize in fish dishes. Very little steaks, Prime Rib, etc. Would have preferred variety.

Review - I am familiar with Hotel Circle in San Diego. It is relatively near the Marine Corp Recruit Depot. I was there to observe a recruit graduation ceremony. The hotel was ideal for my needs. It was clean, convenient, friendly staff.
