Rooms could be a little cleaner and more water pressure.

The other, newer tower looked nice.
The bathroom did not have a fan to clear the shower condensation.
This hotel should be a 2.5 star hotel. The other tower may be nicer and worth a 4 star rating, but when you are moved to the Bay Tower, the quality level goes down significantly.

Very clean, service was as expected and great location.
Parking was charged $28/day at the hotel.
Very convenient to tourist attractions, restaurants and convention center. The service was very good. Highly recommend for business travelers. Nice running trail along the harbor. Wouldn't recommend it for a romantic getaway.
