The beds were very comfortable and we had a great view.We waited quite a while for someone to get our bags that they were holding. The gals at the front desk needed to be more helpful.My husband and I were really happy with the hotel. Nice room with a comfortable bed. Good location near good restaurants, Seaport Village, upscale mall, movies, etc.Fitness room is poorly equipped and maintained. Bed, and the location.Extension cords, leaky shower, and the coffee.Do not expect extension cords to be used in a 4 star hotel. The coffee packets provided were not the right size for the coffee maker. Shower head leaked. Overall OK, but not what I consider a 4-star hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.Rooms would not cool down.I could not enjoy my holiday because I cannot sleep in a warm room so not satisfied with the hotel. I sent you an email thru customer service on your site.

Great location...lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Quick drive to many beaches.Crazy, expensive parking (not disclosed on Priceline). Charged for WiFi (I've stayed in Hampton Inn's with free WiFi)Overall this was a great hotel. Bed was very comfortableNo fridge, parking garage was not free for customers. very expensive!Although the room was generaly comfortable, room service menu was outrageously expensive as was parking for customers. They should incorporate their parking fee with the hotel fee so it doesn't feel like your paying the $30.00/night for parking.
