There was food and garbage left outside of hotel rooms and room service would leave it there until the next day. Also garbage can spilled on side entrance and was left there until the next day. Understaffed or lazy staff don't know what to decide.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent.
The hotel was surrounded by a rehab center, behavioral center and hospital not my desired location.

Comfortable, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Great for the business traveler and family oriented place to stay.
Pool was a bit cold for being heated pool, but overall great hotel.
Hotel staff was great and hotel was very well maintained.
