Convenient location and wonderful staff.Parking is dangerous and bed cover is poor.This hotel is conveniently located in downtown San Diego close to all major attractions. Wonderful staff, but the facility itself is over rated at four stars.

I loved the location and the rooms were comfortable.The parking garage!The staff was super and very responsive. The hotel was within walking distance to most things downtown. I loved the set up of the suite. It was comfortable for all.It was difficult to maneuver my SUV in the parking structure.Overall, great hotel. I would stay there again.

N/AThe parking was expensive and horrendous. Refrigerator was out of order.I brought food for the refrigerator, but it was out of order. The parking was $28 per night!, so the room was not a bargain at all. TV's were small. Heating system was noisy. Rooms were dated.
