Overall Rating:
The ground of the hotel is tropical and lovely.
The rooms are clean but the fixtures in the bathroom are dated and I would have expected better quality for what I paid.
Lovely grounds, friendly staff, dated rooms that seem a bit overpriced.

All of the entertainment features for children.
Parking costs $12/day for self and $16/day for valet.
The facilities were fabulous! Even though I didn't like having to pay for parking, the property offered many other amenities that were included such as the boat ride (free), the video arcade (all games free), the luau dancers, the science camp ($3 per kid...Read More

Overall Rating:
Common areas are well maintained and interesting. Great pool and spa.
Room poorly maintained, concierge service inaccurate and snotty,
Rooms are falling apart. Rate paid is high above quality of room. In contrast: pool, jetted spa, grounds, water sport dock/staff, view of bay, all excellent.

Location.
Room quality.
Old TVs, poor water control, almost got burned taking a shower, older facilities, unfriendly staff, but great location.

Oct. 27, 2006
Overall Rating:
The atmosphere and staff were great.
Room service was very slow. I had to call back after 30 minutes and then it took another 25 minutes.
This hotel has a great view of the marina and the Moray Lounge was cozy and romantic. The suite was nice and I would love to see the Bay view rooms because the view looks spectacular.
