Reception staff, close to the beach. Breakfast. Overall was good, the staff was friendly, the room was ok, only breakfast was not that good.

Good location, courtesy transportation to Cruise ship dock. No airport courtesy car available, as advertised. Would not reimburse cab fare. Loud train noise throughout night. Old building, but was clean. The airport courtesy pick up was not available after 11:00 PM, and hotel would not reimburse cab fare from airport. Location relevant to downtown activities. Lobby could be nicer. Neighborhood transients outside window are a problem. I would return because I thought the overall experience was of value. Really suggest that you upgrade the lobby somehow. Many people meet in the lobby and this is the first impression.

It was right by an excellent jazz club Anthology and I got to see Christian Scott. I think the price was high for the quality of the hotel. I would say it is average. I wanted to save money so I only stayed there one night. A hotel that wasn't much different ended up being sufficiently different. Over 40 a day and it wasn't too far from this hotel.

Location. Beds are really uncomfortable. Overpriced compared to other on-line hotel booking sites.
