Friendly staff. 
Not very well kept. Ramp and stairs to hotel not very good for seniors as my dad fell on the ramp. It is very old and not well kept. No fan in bathroom.

Hot breakfast included, comfortable bed. $16 daily parking fee, top floor hot even with<BR/>AC (from poorly insulated roof). Room and ammenities were better than expected. Refrigerator was in room. The hot breakfast in the morning was great and saved us money. N/A Holiday Inn Express in midtown San Diego has a friendly and reliable staff. Warm cookies are served at 8 pm and a generous breakfast with hot food items is served starting at 6:30 am.

Clean. Very noisy out side early in the morning and parking cost was more than they charge at Seaworld. I did not appreciate the noise out side early in the morning. Cost me less to park at Seaworld than at this hotel, also parking structures were very tight and confusing. Took some time to exit but overall it was clean.

nothing. run down, had to pay way too much for parking. Parking was very expensive. Restaurant affiliated with hotel was empty and looked very unappealing. Could've stayed just a few miles away for a far better experience.
