We are nestled in a vibrant area known as Hayes Valley. We are perhaps San Franciscos best kept secret. Hayes Valley is centrally located to many of San Franciscos unique neighborhoods with about twenty different restaurants within a two block walk. It's location was convenient for my personal business.A motel, not a hotel; no customer service; no help in navigating the city.The room was clean and a good-size. The wireless Internet service was poor and I needed to call the 800-trouble number each time I needed to connect; the front office had no help for Internet or any other services. Close to Davis Symphony Hall.N/AThe hotel was very basic. But the price, for San Francisco was reasonable. The rooms are not well insulated and I could hear the people above me. When they got up to take a shower at 6:00 am, I left because it sounded as if the shower was in my ceiling.

It was in San Francisco.The room had a smell of some cleaning agent. Bad TV.There was a bit of trash next to the bed, a used cup on top of the TV. Next time, I'll look for different place.

Great location in hip area can walk to unique shops and restaurants.Rooms are musty and basic.Cool location, if you're looking to spend time at your motel other than just sleeping this isn't your place. Solid performer for the price. The guy in management was very friendly and professional.
