N/A Car got broken into - shattered glass - cost us more than we saved with any discount. Secured parking - sure - and for glass company right above where our car was broken into - glass over all the interior and parking lot - expensive sunglasses were stolen - no cot available for our daughter so she had to sleep on the floor - horrible exper...Read More

N/A Dirty walkways, and it was overall crummy. We arrived late at night (after midnight) after a long day of travel. Had to sit in office with security guard till manager came back. Were given key to a room which belonged to somebody else. Glad chain was across door, could have been shot.

Not to far from the Bart and trolley. The bed linen had holes in them as well as the bed spread had burn holes. Really not worth the price $80/night. The rooms had no irons and no ironing board. Carpet had stains. The bed sheets had holes in it everyday they changed the linen the sheets had holes in them. They need to get new bed linen. Also the bed spread had burn...Read More
