Great location.
Dirty public spaces.
The hotel was being renovated and the public spaces were very dirty, but the location was fantastic and the staff nice and helpful.

The room was not well set up for business travel - no desk.

The location was perfect close to my meetings and union square.
Room, bed, carpets, construction going on, fire alarm going on.
This hotel was a nightmare, you did not tell me this hotel was in construction, the fire alarm went out and had to evacuate i lost one appointment i had because of this evacuation, the bed were old, the elevator was dirty,<BR/>I have to pay for parking.

Was under remodeling construction, elevators were held up by construction crew, dirty elevators, carpeting dirty and worn, slow ice machine.
Worst looking hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty, noisy, under reconstruction.
