Cleanliness, front desk staff.The desk clerk made mistakes, overcharged for parking. We were not directed to the correct building went to all 3 loking for the room.

Close to the Wharf.Paying for parking!Please add a button on your search page that lets the customer pick complimentary breakfast and parking. Especially the parking.

Location.Had to walk across the street to get to my room.HIFW is clean. People are very friendly (even enthusiastic) and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated, bathrooms are private. We were in a group and were put in adjoining rooms (a first). Concierge knowledgeable and patient.

Convenient location.The carpet by the window was wet and even after it dried it was sticky.This hotel seemed fine but we've been in some Holiday Express hotels that were much nicer than this and we thought it was supposed to be a step up. Location to sightseeing.Basically a basement room. Across from main hotel, no access to concierge, without crossing street.Felt as though I was put in 2nd rate hotel. Room had small window looking out at sidewalk with only legs of people showing while walking by. Very claustrophobic definitely not what I expected.
