Bed.The bathroom shower and there was no pay per view movies.The area the hotel is nice for strolling, the bed was comfortable and although I had a room facing the street the mini bus was not too loud. The staff was friendly, I would have liked to have pay per view movies available.

The location & neighborhood was excellent. It was modernly decorated and a nice atmosphere.It was a small place. Everything was small. The building was old and it showed.I would recommend this hotel to friends. The location was great and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were neat and modern. But it was a small place and there was some old age showing. The price was good. I may stay there again someday.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to many sights, shopping & restaurants.N/AVery comfortable, nice amenities; great location to explore the Presidio National Park, Crissy Field, Ft Point, the Marina district. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very large. We really liked the spaciousness.The lobby seemed small to me.We only needed a place to sleep after a night of parties on Christmas Eve. The friendliness and helpfulness of the desk personnel.Room picked up a lot of the street noise.We felt very safe in the neighborhood and the hotel wasn't far from the Union Square and the bus to ride down there was just across the street. Easy getting around the city on the bus. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very clean and convenient. Good Italian restaurant one block away.Got two standard beds instead of queen/king that I asked for.Good experience. Would definitely stay again. Your Internet service stated parking was free. Hotel now charges $15.00 for parking. They did not charge us when we asked them about the parking.

I liked the proximity of the hotel in regard to golden gate park, museums and beaches. Having the car available whenever we wanted it was a real plus.The desk staff were not very friendly.
