Extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating staff.
Parking and room service a bit steep.

The view was out of this world, you could see for miles.
Parking was expensive.
We stayed on the 48th floor (top of building) the views were fantastic, room service was prompt, everyone was very polite.

There was nothing I didn't like.
