The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on! Better than ours at home!The lobby and room decor was pretty sterile, but we didn't care.The Hotel Nikko was very comfortable (great bed!) and clean. We were very close to the Powell Street Station, which gave us access to BART, MUNI and the cable cars. The concierge was very helpful in helping us plan our days.
