Great location. Clean.
Bathrooms were very old,didn't match quality of the rest of the room/hotel.
Great location with friendly staff. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Like other older San Francisco buildings, the bathrooms could use a remodeling though. Good experience overall.

Nice old world hotel.Neighborhood is a little cheesy.Good place to stay in San Francisco. Old world architecture, narrow corridors, ample rooms, Sophistication without pretentiousness.

Very professional and comfortable.Heater not working, but received space heater from maintenance.The decor is modern, the overall feel was welcoming the staff was friendly-the location is great for downtown activities; shopping and clubbing.

Small, manageable, clean and convenient.Hotel restaurant not in service - no room service too. Had to go out to eat when I needed to stay in and work. Rooms not wireless either.Small boutique hotel with pleasant staff. Clean but small rooms. Slightly overpriced for the lack of real or different amenities.

The staff was outstanding.The room was much smaller than expected.As stated before the room was much smaller than expected and was very warm, in fact too hot for comfortable sleeping. There was not good closet space or places to put clothes away so that luggage could be put away to provide more living space.
