Very well run, attractive activities, clean, excellent staff and location.My spouse was in a wheelchair due to an injury - The hotel room was a bit small and the bathroom not fit for a wheelchair.We were incredibly impressed with the Serrano staff, the hotel building, the activities. The games theme was really a nice touch. Whenever we had to wait in the lobby we would play Jenga! It was fun.You must pay for use of the internet in their business center.Overall, a great hotel. Friendly staff, efficient service. A well run hotel.The Internet access was too expensive.We were very happy with this hotel at the price provided by Priceline. Decent location and the room was quite nice. Get a room on a higher floor and you will have a nice view of the city (and the fog every morning).

The location was close to Union Square.It had no pool nor hot tubs.The room was clean and cozy. Parking was available next door at a fair rate. The staff was friendly and offered good directions to the places we wanted to see. Overall, a very good experience.

(With the exception of one employee) The service was excellent!The room was smaller than expected, but it was very clean and comfortable.Excellent service. Very clean and comfortable. Great location just a few short blocks from Union Square. I really enjoyed my stay at the Serrano Hotel.
