The atmosphere and location.
Small room and bathroom.We liked the television, bed, and reception, however, the bathroom was tiny and the room was small. A personnel was excellent and helpful. He helped us find pizza on a day where most restaurants were closed.

Great location, adequate accommodation for star level.N/AThe location of this hotel is perfect and the price is very reasonable for the location and time of travel. Continental breakfast is adequate and check in service was friendly and accommodating.

Clean, availability, free wine was nice.No iron, suitcase stand in room, and restrooms smelled bad.Overall nice hotel. The rooms are perfect for a leisure in and out one night stay in San Francisco. I would not recommend the hotel for business travel as there was no iron and I didn't see a business center for online and printing.

Location was great and it was quiet. The wine service was good.The breakfast was less below average.This hotel is perfectly placed for seeing the city. Loved the wine tasting from 5-6 in the evening. Everyone on the staff from the manager down was outstandingly helpful.The mattress was very hard. Most hotels are changing to softer plush mattresses.N/A
