Wouldn't accept my Kempton rewards points.
I purposely searched for Kempton hotels so I could get Kempton points.

Old Vintage Charm.
The TV did not work. Alarm clock was difficult to set.
An old vintage charm with a polite, friendly staff. The rooms are small, but this is what you would come to expect in an older, restored hotel. It was quiet and provided a very comfortable bed with a fully stocked honor bar.

Had to ask for fresh towels & "complimentary breakfast" cost $6.50.
The hotel was nice, but they charged for absolutely everything. I was sure I booked a double room, but they gave me a single queen bed and told me I could upgrade to a double for an additional $35 per night which I did not think was right. I felt like the...Read More

I liked the old world charm and character.
None.
The hotel is very centrally located and just around the corner from the Powell Bart station. This makes it convenient to get to and from SFO (San Francisco International Airport). The hotel was clean, which is of prime importance to me.
