It's clean, staffs very helpful and friendly, safe area.Nothing.I fully recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. It's near a shopping area, with lots of restaurants, and shops. The way to the hotel is not so direct though. But, I enjoyed staying in the hotel. Better than what we expected.

Clean room and facilities. Staff is friendly and helpful.The location is not the greatest. Lots of road construction nearby and a hassle to get on freeway.Decent place for the price. The room was clean and comfortable and the wireless internet a definite plus.

I was able to leave without a problem.Incorporative staff.Poor location, poor staff, poor food, poor/dirty room and they would not print me a receipt for business expenses.

Location is good for SFO air travel.Very bad management and very poor maintenance.I stayed at the hotel in September 2007 as part of a park sleep & fly package, They do not have a dedicated shuttle but a contract with Yellow Cab, The manager refused to pay the driver on return from the airport and stuck me with a $30 cab fare.
