Location to the Pier.
Restaurant wasn't open when needed and nowhere locally, that we could, find to eat.The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. A few disrepairs in our room but other than that fine.

The flavored water in the lobby.Bed were soft and hotel rooms look run down.I expected better quality of rooms and look for the star rating that was given. This hotel is not family orientated.

Very close to the Cruise terminal and to Ports of Call village and restaurants. The free shuttle was wonderful. Great staff.The rooms did not have a safe in the room.The hotel was very nice. Friendly staff and a great free shuttle. The beds were comfortable and we had a coffee machine. The hotel seems to be centrally located to attractions and restaurants in the area.

The comfort of the beds and pillows.The parking availability..We had a baby shower in their ballroom for my sister and the food and service was incredible. I highly recommend future events for anyone needing to hold an event.

Room Location provided a beautiful view of San Pedro Harbor and Vincent St. Thomas Brigde Celebrated our 36 Wedding Anniversary.Windows not cleaned for some time, but view overcame this issue.Parking and Security are excellent! Excellent hotel, reasonable price,poor location (not the safest part of town), tight parking for mini-vanVery comfortable beds, nice rooms. I stay in San Pedro area about once a year, and really like this hotel. Parking can be tough, a small, tight garage, but we normally find a space. Area looks like a poor part of town, but we have not had any problems.

The price.$10/day for internet, breakfast.OK rooms, not great, bed was comfy. Internet was at $10/day should have been free. Breakfast rolls were stale rocks Jacuzzi did not work. Staff mostly unfriendly.
