Friendly staff.
Old, no functional internet, noisy, dirty, ugly rooms and worn towels and linens.
This hotel is overpriced and is only successful because Sandpoint ID has a room shortage.

I liked the pool and the hot tub.
The walls were really thin and a family next door had a baby that cried.
I've stayed at this hotel before so I already knew what it would be like, it's not really worth the $.

Very clean rooms. Nice staff. Comfortable beds. Good food at diner.
Parking was kind of limited, but I found a space.

The staff were terrible. Completely unaccommodating and rude.
The rest of the staff are untrained and rude. I would not recommend this hotel until it is under new management and they learn how to train their employees to treat their guests.

Not a very good location.
It is close to Downtown Sandpoint. It is good for a family with kids because of the pool. Convenient having the restaurant close.
