Friendly staff.Old, no functional internet, noisy, dirty, ugly rooms and worn towels and linens.This hotel is overpriced and is only successful because Sandpoint ID has a room shortage.

I liked the pool and the hot tub.The walls were really thin and a family next door had a baby that cried.I've stayed at this hotel before so I already knew what it would be like, it's not really worth the $.

Nothing.The staff were terrible. Completely unaccommodating and rude.The rest of the staff are untrained and rude. I would not recommend this hotel until it is under new management and they learn how to train their employees to treat their guests.
