The motel was very helpful with information to help us get to our friend's house. They always greeted us as if we were family. I can not think of anything. The motel was as nice as some of the 3 & 4 star motels that I have stayed in at a lot more money.

The staff and breakfast were wonderful. Very small room. This is very close to the ski area so prices were higher then in Spokane. Didn't like anything. Poor customer service, no one there to help us. At 12 in the night we reached hotel and hotel people refused to give us room and canceled our reservation. As My wife was 7 months pregnant with 3 kids in the car we had really difficult time finding another place to live at middle of the night.

The location was convenient. Room smelled horrid, garbage can overflowing outside side entrance, bad pillows, room smelled horrid again, I had to go to them to get a spray. The hotel was in a good location for our purpose but the room smelled very bad, carpets were stained, there was an overflowing garbage by the side entrance they directed to, the entrance had no security lock.
