Our private gulf front location features fully furnished deluxe two bedroom two bath condos with spacious living room- dining area- fully equipped kitchen- cable TV- and large screened lanais- the ultimate in vacation rental condominiums. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and beaches- Sanibel Siesta offers a heated swimming pool- shuffleboard and outdoor gas grills. Tennis courts are available and a challenging golf course is across the street. *RATES ARE BASED ON 4 PERSONS. MANY UNITS WILL SLEEP 6. EXTRA GUESTS- over age 5 - ARE AN ADDITIONAL 20 DOLLARS PER NIGHT PER PERSON. Upon booking your unit a 500 dollar deposit per week will be charged to your credit card. We will not charge your card more than this unless otherwise requested. Remaining balance due at arrival. Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover accepted. CANCELLATION POLICY- 60 day written notice required prior to arrival date for full refund less admin fee of 50 dollars per week plus tax. If less than 60 days notice 500 dollars per week plus tax. No credit or refund for early departure
