Friendly staff and spacious rooms.
Mattress was uncomfortably hard and linens were not of good quality.Overall a decent hotel. If they would only get better quality mattresses and bedding.

Breakfast included.Smoking room-stunk! Breakfast cold. Poor lighting for make-up.I was stuck in a smoking room. My suitcase still smells and after two days my coat was still so bad that I had to bring it to the cleaners. I checked out at 7 a.m. So that I could breathe. The hotel had a very friendly and accommodating staff.The restaurant menu was a little on the high end price wise, but excellent food.My family and I enjoyed our stay with Double Tree for our family vacation. It is a family friendly hotel with an excellent staff.

Convenient to locations we were visiting.We weren't given breakfast vouchers upon arrival. The next morning when we saw all other guests with vouchers, we asked at the desk and were given so.Good for an older place.

Unlike huge factory-like hotels, intimate and warm and convenient.Food should be taken into consideration.Old, small, not too elegant, not too busy or animated. In this particular case these are advantages that give the hotel its casual and most personalized nature of service.

Hotel shuttle was convenient, and staff was great.No hot water one morning.Great staff, nice restaurant. I absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast bar! Made the entire week worthwhile. Thank you so much.
