I liked there was a full kitchen. Large Room and bathroom. No tub. Air conditioner was not fully working. Oven broken. Front desk didn't help with A/C. This hotel is in my opinion moderate. Nice balcony in room. Printed sheets that looked horrible, not enough parking, and patio screen doors off track on several rooms looked very bad. They could use new sheets, provide more parking, and fix patio screen doors to all rooms.

Very clean, most furnishing looked new or almost new, nice grounds. Lights didn't work, iron had some go on it that stained my wife's pants, decaf only in the for the in room coffee pot. For the price this was very clean, pleasant place to stay, though not close to either the water or the center of town.
