Convenient parking, easy access to freeway, convenient to town.
Nothing.This is a bare bones motel for those that want a very clean, comfortable place to spend nights while enjoying Santa Barbara at a reasonable price.

The TV worked.Small, outdated room, noisy.Old facility, small rooms, kept clean, noisy area, but close (walking distance) to beach and harbor.

It was clean and in a great locaion.There was a ball park across the street was a little loud, I just left for a bit.Much better that I had expected. Great location. Clean quaint and comfy. I would totally stay there again.

It's walking distance from the beach, the wharf and the harbor and state street.I really have nothing negative to say.Nothing fancy, but very clean and the service is friendly.
