Remodeled and close to the attractions we came for.What they considered free breakfast wasn't even close.Room was a little small, but nice and clean. Great location, but could improve on breakfast offering for the price they charge.

Free Wi FiPeople smoking and talking outside our door after midnightRoom was clean, clerk was nice, and free wi-fi. Noisy outside the door at night. Met my expectations for a 2 star hotel. You are paying for the location when you stay at this hotel.

50 ft from beach & arcade, excellent.Almost zero parking for guests, breakfast was a joke. Small rooms.Hotel was acceptable on the cleanliness level. Very small room and uncomfortable bed. Clean, friendly staff, good value, and the location is just fabulous - about forty steps from front door of hotel to the sand of the beach.Morning coffee is served in the lobby - I had wished the cream was real not powdered.Location.
