Comfortable beds.
Bathroom was small, very poor lighting, shower not updated at all, very poor resort amenities, coffee maker did not work.This hotel had nothing above a 2.5 star hotel. The location was wonderful, quiet, calm, with panoramic views of Santa Cruz and ocean.After our credit card being charged, hotel applied additional $16.00 per night. Unlocked hallway doors.We stayed in the mid-week. It was very quiet, calm and the panoramic views from the main terraces were spectacular. The room was large and very comfortable. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. It was a great getaway. I enjoyed the serenity.

Staff very friendly and accomodating.. The setting and grounds, excellent.Mildew on the bathroom tiles and walls. The feather bed had quills sticking out into the sheets making it very uncomfotable to sleep,The hotel staff, view, grounds and and room decorations were excellent. We changed rooms because my husband wanted a forest facing room. They gave us a handicap room which had mold and mildew on the bathroom floor tiles and walls. Totally unacceptable.
