My mother always said if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all.Bad parking, Dirty room from hair in the tub to dirt on the carpet. Whirlpool in tub in room.Location/neighborhood.We enjoy the complimentary breakfast. Which includes four different cereal, waffles, apple/orange juice, and yogurt? The room is very comfortable. Only bad thing is the parking. Neighborhood around hotel doesn't seem safe.

This hotel was in Santa Cruz and the bathroom was pretty clean.Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and cover up scent. Carpet was filthy. Bad TV reception.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing.The front desk could not find our reservation and kept us waiting 20 minutes.Looked like it was going through remodel. Common areas rather dirty. Front desk was new employee who spent 20 minutes looking for our reservation and said he could not check us in because they were sold out. It was a disappointing experience.
