Booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room.
Arrived at hotel at 2:15pm, because check in starts at 2pm. Was told that my room wasn't ready, and it wouldn't be ready until after 4pm. Hotel staff wasn't apologetic at all. Came back after 4pm, and was told that they had no more nonsmoking rooms and wo...Read More
