The only thing I liked about this hotel was it's location. It was in walking distance to many shops.
Poor service and very cramped room! Too much furniture!

Marvelously located. /wonderful bakery located in lobby. Managers very attentive.
Front desk staff could look and act a lot more professional. Parking should be free at these rates.
My wife and I spent our 10th anniversary here. Had a room on the Terraza level at a reasonable rate. Rooms well appointed and quiet on the Terraza. Can't speak for the rest of the hotel. We had an unpleasant event re: cleanliness on arrival but Managerial...Read More

Concierge was helpful and location very pleasant and central.
Beds are dreadful and old and property has not been kept in shape . dark. dreary. bad technical infrastructure for meetings.
While La Fonda has a century or so of history it is lacking in charm other than its location on Santa fe's pretty plaza. Staff are lukewarm and the hotel itself feels unclean. Meeting equipment was mediocre (sound system etc) Dining room staff are pleasan...Read More
