Its location.Dingy Towels and wash cloths, Wet carpet and mildew smells.The facilities are separated by a highway and it is not convenient to all of the patrons. It was clean and easy access to the interstate.The walls were too thin. We could easily hear the people next door.It was clean and comfortable. It's only 2 minutes to the interstate. Though we didn't eat there this time, we have had the continental breakfast before, and it was delicious and varied.

Nondescript - no redeeming value.Room and bathroom was very small. Beds were old. Breakfast was poor.Be forewarned. The hotel allows pets and does not apparently enforce its non-smoking policy.
