It was located close to the relatives we were visiting.
The staff was rude from the time we arrived and there was one problem after another.My family and I will not stay in this hotel again. They were not ready when we arrived and had to move us three times because the rooms they put us in were not ready. There was one front desk lady who was very polite and had excellent customer service skills.N/AThis hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.Sheets on bed were "questionable" -.An average place to stay - is convenient to interstate, staff was friendly. Rooms could use some closer inspection regarding cleanliness.
