Our attractive rental accommodations are fully furnished, completely equipped, immaculately maintained and individually owned and decorated. Every unit has a private deck with sliding glass doors that bring the tropical skies and Gulf breezes into your living area. Every type of vacation activity and every sort of shopping and dining pleasure are conveniently located in our area– across the road, down the street, or across the bridge to Sarasota. If you are planning a Florida vacation or looking for a place to settle in for a while at a tropical paradise, reserve your spot in the House of the Sun. House of the Sun is located across the street from the Crescent Beach shopping area, where you can find several restaurants, a variety of boutique shops, a post office, pharmacy, market, and rental centers. They are all conveniently located, providing anything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. Close by you can rent a Jet Ski or kayak, schedule a parasail flight, or buy fishing equipment and bait. Bicycle or cruise up the Key to Siesta Village, to find more shops, and the world-famous Siesta Public Beach with a playground, volleyball, tennis courts, picnic areas and concession stands. Please note there is a USD 98.00 cleaning charge for 3 and 4 night stays due upon check-in. The minimum age at check-in is 25. A USD 500.00 refundable security deposit is due upon arrival. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

2 bedroom/2 bath gulf front: Relax in your own beachfront paradise condo. Enjoy a special treat watching dolphins, beautiful private sunsets, or sunbathing from your 30 ft. balcony. Just open your doors and overlook the heated swimming pool and tennis court and look on to one of the top ranked white powder beaches of the world.
2 bedroom/2 bath gulf side condo: These Gulf Side units equipped with beautiful living room furniture, a King size bed in the master bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the guest bedroom. These units also offer a VCR, DVD and CD player in the living room. The view is a little limted, you can still see the beache and Gulf from your balcony.
2 bedroom/2 bath gulf view condo: Gulf View units provides the utmost in an island retreat. Enjoy fabulous views of the powdery white sands of Crescent beach from the living room or the private lanai. Equipped with a washer and dryer and a full kitchen they provide the utmost comfort. Gulf View condos ares the perfect getaway spot.
