It's close by the beaches (about a 10 minute drive).N/AI ended up staying here because it was one of the cheapest places I could find in Sarasota that claimed to have free high speed internet. Situated on major strip; near popular attractions; good housekeeping service.Room was really old; furniture was very old. Unattractive and unappealing room; no hbo or other premium movie channels.The only saving grace for me was that I attended a workshop from 9:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Every day I was there, so the hotel served its function as a place to rest my head.
