Best Western is known as a good Hotel/Motel and has clean and spacious rooms with TV and refrigerator and all other amenities. You cannot go wrong with staying at the best Western Park Inn in Saratoga Springs.

Most of the staff was very pleasant.
Air conditioner did not work well room was very warm.
On two occasions I went to the desk and no one was there. I rang the bell and no one came to the desk. On the second morning a rather dingy looking person was sleeping on the couch in the lobby surrounded by his luggage and pillows.

Rooms were very clean and big. Would stay again.
Free breakfast was really sad dirty and no one around to keep clean and refilled of products.
Besides the breakfast everything was fine.

It was quiet and there was good water pressure in the shower.
The continental breakfast was terrible and the maids didn't do a great job.

Clean, great location, continental breakfast was good.
Wished they'd have coffee (regular & decaf) available 24/7.
