Great pillows!
Guy at the front desk seemed not all there.This is the first time I've stayed at a Howard Johnson's and after hearing things, I was pleasantly surprised by all the room amenaties (fridge, micro, etc) and the comfort of the beds - mattressess and pillows.

It was close to the Hits horse show.They provided no breakfast and the diner attached to hotel was poor and overpriced.The bathroom was clean, the room large, neat and clean. Hotel lobby was tidy and clean. Outside doors did not work with card key, which was very inconvenient, and no complimentary breakfast was also inconvenient for a room that was not cheap for the area....Read More

Staff was very helpful.No AC in the hallway, side security locked door had a broken lock.Friendly staff and good location. Clean enough to stay a second night while exploring the Catskills.

Helpful to have microwave and refrigerator in room.After the roaches, didn't feel comfortable.We had a room on the back of the hotel and with the air conditioner on didn't get any highway noise. It was in a quiet neighborhood, and the restaurant food was excellent.It could have been a little cleaner.For the price it was ok, located in a quiet area and a nice restaurant attached. The staff was very friendly.

Located right off the thruway.Our room reeked of smoke.You get what you pay for. The room was average, the service was average but the attached diner has an all you can eat breakfast buffet, which was awesome.

Diner style restaurant off same parking lot.Hard to forget you are right next to the interstate.Convenient location with on site restaurant and wireless Internet connection. Some residue of smoke in the hallway air. Call hotel for best rates.
