The front desk people were extremely helpful. I saw them cleaning the snow off cars, and one of them printed off directions for me.
The waffle maker stuck.
The people at the front desk will bend over backwards to make your stay a good one. The facilities are clean. However, the computer and printer in the lobby might need an overhaul.

Loved the pool area.
Cramped rooms.
Good for a quick overnight stay where you want to use the pool and eat a quick breakfast in the room.

Nothing.
The female staff working on July 4, 2008 between 7 PM to 11PM.

The staff was especially friendly and helpful.
The ice machine was two door away and made too much noise.
This hotel was close to the Soo Locks, stores and restaurants. The heated pool was nice. Lots of choices on the free continental breakfast bar. Parking to room was easy access.

Newer facility. Nice pool area. Free internet access.
I found a used soap in the bath tub. Thus my "5" cleanliness rating.
Other than the used bar of soap I found in the bath tub. I had no complaints with my stay. The motel is newer with a nice pool, breakfast area and nicely furnished rooms.

The staff was helpful.
The breakfast was not very good.
The hotel had a good price for what it had to offer. The breakfast was not all that great, it could use some improvement. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were great features.
