The location was excellent. Very convenient.
There was a stray cat that we saw get trampled by a carriage out front. That was awful and ridiculous. Nice.
Nice hotel and amenities. The WiFi never worked. The hotel told me I could sit at the bar downstairs and pick up on a neighboring unlocked WiFi network - thanks a lot, that's totally what I wanted to do. One car per room? Its about ridiculous to have to p...Read More

I liked the location the most; being it was so close to Riverwalk
The carpets looked worn and ice machine on our floor didn't work
It was a nice place but I'm not sure if it was priced accordingly. We did have a couple of incidences where we had to get our room key reprogrammed and our internet didn't work right away. The free breakfast was nice. Overall; it was o.k.

I was traveling with elderly parents and my sister. The hotel was perfect for our needs. All the common areas were well maintained and the room was great.

Front counter was not adequately staffed nor were they particularly helpful.
Convenient to the riverfront activities. Average rooms. $9 per day to park. Small lobby & no restaurant. Continental breakfast was not memorable. This is an older building with small bathrooms. The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable.

This hotel has been redone in the last 2 years and already shows signs of wear and tear.
It’s a great location in Savannah. The ice machine on our floor was out, one out of two elevators were working. Thank God we were on the 3rd floor.

The restored historic area of the hotel had only suites. The crappy end probably built in the 80's had the individual rooms.

The concierge was very good with many great suggestions. He seemed to be an independent agent & not connected with hotel staff.
Timeliness housekeeping was terrible. Front desk not focused on customer service.
My wife and I stayed there last February. Location was excellent, service & staff was sub par. Room was dark and not cleaned promptly. On second day we walked around the fantastic historic area only to return to the hotel (at 5:00 pm) and our room was not...Read More
